A Cycle for Life
Bóthar would like to express its gratitude to the team of 4 cyclists, John O'Rourke, Dave McMorrow, Aodhan McAleer and Des Kernan on their 114 km cycle in aid of Bóthar. The team of 4 received a great send off from our Taoiseach Bertie Ahern along with their families, friends and work colleagues on their journey from Drumcondra in Dublin to Lower Sconce in Co. Laois.

The organised cycle raised a total amount of €3,072 which was handed over to Frances Murphy, Bóthar's representative in Dublin.

It will allow Bóthar to send an In-calf heifer, a pair of breeding yak, an in-kid dairy goat, a breeding sow, a dairy camel and three hives of honeybees to poor families around the world. Thank you again to our four wonderful supporters from Dublin for giving their time, energies and efforts to help Bóthar bring these living gifts to those in need.
